Charles, you built a house for me and Steve in 2017 in Snow Camp, NC.
That choice of a house rates as one of the top ten accomplishments of our lives.
The house is phenomenal—pretty, warm, cool, easy to maintain, money-saving, on and on. We were so lucky to find you. I also want to thank the fellow who planned it. We had a problem on the day of delivery (my fault, as I was doing drawing in a van), but we solved it together. Fine conclusion.

We are getting older. If we ever sell the farm and house, we will be back at your doorstep for another one.
