“Perth” Contemporary Home – Lake Norman, NC

This was the personal home of a repeat client – they had previously used us for their vacation home at the North Carolina coast, and they loved that home so much they decided to build their new primary residence using Eco-Panels for their home near Lake Norman, North Carolina, just north of Charlotte. The house has LP Smartside Panels as the exterior siding, and for the many clients who prefer the board & batten look for part of their home appearance, this is a great option. This home won “Best Custom Waterfront Home” and “Best New Home Construction” in the 2024 “Best of the Lake” builder’s show. Beautiful house!
